northwood.. no water cooling yet.. my heatsink is the thermalright SP-94 with 120 mm panaflo fan on it... runs at about 40C

Really? Under load or not? That's pretty good man, like those Prescotts runs at 60 Celcius according to someone.

yea.. under full load after maybe 2 hours of CS: Source i belive the max temp it gets to is 45... before i started to OC it i had nice low temps of 30C... i really think the onboard OTES on my max3 helps out alot on the temps... the new abit fatality board has dual otes, an otes for the ram, and another exhaust over the chipset... i just am not in need of a new p4 thats only going to get me to 4ghz after an OC

Go get some water cooling and you can overclock so well....

EDIT: nvm your comp doesn't allow overclocking.
