I'm assuming you're talking about the zagg invisibleshield. I spent somewhere around $50. I've also replaced it 3 times under lifetime warranty. i like the company and the customer service...

My latest build:

Posted Image

Case: Antec 902 (Snagged it for $60 @ ME bwahaha)
Mobo: Gigabyte P67A-UD3-B3
CPU: i3 2100
RAM: 4GB Corsair DDR3
PSU: Corsair 430CX
HDD: 500GB Caviar Black + 500GB Seagate 7200.12 (NEW)
VGA: EVGA 9800GT (HD5450 in picture)
OS: Win 7 x64 / Ubuntu 10.04

It does everything I need it to; pretty decent for an $120 i3 :) Attached to a 22" Samsung and a 19" LG monitor.

My previous PC was running a Pentium D, so this was a HUGE upgrade for me.

Nice system. Pentium D? Of course that's a huge upgrade :P

Just a friendly advice... cabling goes a long way sometimes. :)

Yeah, I do a bit of graphic/web design, and the Pentium D was really slowing things down for me. Also do a fair bit of virtualization for various reasons, and the i3 is blazing fast compared to what I was running before.

Haha, I guess I should tidy up the cables a bit more.

I am sorta, but just couldn't justify spending more for a K series processor. Maybe I'll wait until Ivy Bridge comes out, and then pick something up.

(Y) Nice system, SSD time?

The chc reviewed the i3-2120 which is a 0.2GHz faster version of your Processor and it stacks up Really Well. http://aphnetworks.c...el_core_i3_2120

:P of course for cabling no one can match the chc, anyone else's is Inferior compared to his. Just ignore his "Bad cabling" comment.
