Guess I'll be the next one to show off my network.

Here's my chart. :P

I don't have my camera with me, so the pictures of my family PC and my Development PC are just representations of their generic-selves. :)

Edit: This chart does not include my server, since it has the luxury of being in a real data center and not my house. (I love data centers btw - nice and cool)

Hopkins....I'm disappointed. You haven't named your computers! :(

Nice diagram though :P

How did you guys draw your lines?
I drew them using the Line tool....but I wasn't able to edit them later. :)

Well, he uses Fireworks. The way for you to do that is, blending options>outer glow. :P The reason you weren't able to edit them is probably because they weren't rasterized and you wanted to RAW edit them.

I love Fireworks. It was a lot easier for me to pick that up over Photoshop. I wish I could learn Photoshop, mind you, for some of its fancier designing features, but its just so un-intuitive (at least to me).

Also, @r3volution - My computers are too cool for names, although my computer is generally known as, "the beast" to my friends. It stands tall over all of their laptops and desktops and I can do anything I want with it, from making DVD's to recording my friends on guitar. It rocks! :P

Here is mine.

Attached File  NetworkSetup.jpg (141.43K)
Number of downloads: 21

My Surround Sound is connected to my Main Desktop + My Airport Express Router so I can play music wirelessly from any Laptop in the house or from any of the networked computers over Ethernet. Just incase someone was wondering why the surround sound was in that picture xD

I forgot to mention my HP Colour LaserJect 2600n which is directly connected to my router.
Anyone noticed the 2 x MX5000 Bluetooth Keyboard & Mouse set? and my MX3000 Keyboard & Mouse set? :P

Here is my new diagram.

@ Hopkins
It's a nice printer. The only fault is that it's not Vista ready yet. :)
Otherwise it's really good. I've been using it for schoolwork for about 6 months now, and I haven't had to change any of the toners yet.

It's also not the fastest printer out there. If you want a printer shooting off pages...2600n is not what your looking for.

@ chc
heh...:P
I only added my network printers. I got a B/W laser attached to CABOOSE and a Lexmark 3in1 Colour Bubblejet attached to SISTER.

I would add one, but it would look really similar to Alex's. Just picture the HP computer from Hopkins' design, and add it in :P and a Rogers modem. And a dead IBM if you wish.
