It's a tool commonly used in Adobe PhotoShop and Illustrator. You basically make points and create paths and curves on each point.

Sure. Remember, using the alt key on certain points won't screw up the paths and make it look all weird, so use it a lot!

Just found out how to finally work the pen tool in Illustrator and made an outline of a pic lukerman sent me. Going to add touchups and fill it in. Will post in a bit.

Got some editing to do, but you get the gist of it. Overall about a half hours work. All done in Illustrator. That's a fully vector .PNG right there. :huh:

EDIT: Some more editing done, haven't added the goatee as luke has in his DA submitted one, but since my scanner doesn't work, I will have to digitally ink his drawings for now.
