This is the thread to suggest upcoming reviews ^_^

Please note that everything must be reasonable and fall within the APH standard category of reviews (Eg. The type of stuff we usually review, so don't post monitors, laptops, cell phones, headphones - which are not to be requested, etc)

All off topic posts will be removed on sight.

:D

Some (new) motherboards other than ASUS so that the readers will be able to have a wider range of products to think of when considering buying a computer. I mean, ASUS motherboards are still $100+ and so for those on the real tight budget side, but still want to look to APH for good components, might not really know what to buy and end up making poor decisions.

yea, like ABIT, Gigabyte, etc. you don't have to do MSI, lol.

Lower sound cards?

more cases, not always the expensive ones, like the P180.

more PSU reports

case modding tuts?

web cams?

other speakers?

more usb toys, like the rocket launcher, always fun...

solid state discs

fan controllers/ temperature sensors

Definitely what Mindovermaster said and more mice, possibly even bluetooth ones. And some overclocking tutorials for those noobs who don't want to use Google, but also for those that DO use Google and are sent to threads that flame noobs that DON'T use Google. Anyways, also things such as, oh I don't know, more thumb drives, some SD Cards, possibly some more MP3 players that are relatively more new.

Yep, sure thing. I was trying to get a hold of the abit IX-38 QuadGT, Gigabyte motherboards are in the plan as well. Thanks :D

As far as sound cards goes, there's really nothing interesting on the lower segment... but as far as high goes, an Auzentech X-Fi Prelude is on the way :P

The cases are doable, especially when we got Herbs and Boomer in the Publication department. (Hint hint guys)

I am a noob at case modding haha. :P

Webcams... I'll look into that.

For speakers, I am hoping to get the Logitech G51 and maybe the Z-Cinema :P

SSDs... OCZ has some coming. Look out for those soon.

The last one is also doable. Great suggestions ^_^

Additionally, solid suggestions would be nice, such as exact brand and models of things you'd like to see reviewed.

We were all noob before we learned about O/C-ing, chc.

just some other ideas...

maybe review different SATA DVD burners, ASUS, LG, Pioneer, etc. Maybe even show us some Blue-Ray?

present-day TV tuners?

different UPS, Surge supressors?

usb security devices? like the key lock, finger print, etc?

show us cable management (think we can all use that...)

more external drives/enclosures/NAS

WD Books

Buffalo NAS

Lacie products

If this is possible, good, but lower-costing fans than the Noctuas?

Wireless cards

Different Linksys products?

Shuttle Mini-towers

Digi Cameras

CD-storage (carousal-based)

CD/DVD Scratch Removers

Lower keyboards than your own...

Nah, most people who buy those cards don't even read reviews.

This, on the other hand...
