Great support!! [/sarcasm]

My question said:

Product: Accelero S1 Rev. 2

Question: does the Accelero SI Rev.2 work on the new ATI 3600?

I'm not sure about this case, but you can find it out on your own with
help of the hight restriction drawing we offer on our website:

It would be nice if you could provide me information whether it fits or
it doesn't.

Best regards
Arctic Cooling Support

I realize that maybe they haven't been able to get a 3650 in their hands, and try it out.

But, how would the dimensions, as above, help me? I don't have a 3650... aren't most vga heatsinks larger/smaller than the card itself?

I like chc's reviews on the Arctic products, but I would not try their support again....

Personally I think their reply was OK. If I was support, I would have said the same thing. You can't make up the answer, and he/she did the best to help you.

Looks like it will fit, as long as it mounts.

Support can only do so much when they don't know. It's better to admit you don't know than to say that you know and not know.
