Inputs: VGA, HDMI (HDCP), S-Video, Video In, Composite, 3.5" Audio In, dual analog RCA in
Cables: Power, 3.5" Audio, VGA

The panel is much better than the Viewsonic VX2835wm in terms of color production and even reproduction throughout the whole screen. A little light around the corners on black screen, which is good. Overall, the loss in size isn't a huge blow to me, as I've traded it for a better panel (which is more important in my situation). The VX would've made a nicer TV though.

I have a broken pixel, so I'll exchange this time or return it, depending on what else I find. 26" seems to be the sweet spot so I may get the higher end Acer, but the 27" is still on my mind.

[Red Mushroom]
HDMI (1080p)
All the inputs are available
Good color reproduction (not as well as the Dell 2005)
Very good price for what you are getting

[Goomba]
No DVI/HDMI cable
Almost have to use a HDMI to DVI cable if you want to use VGA also
More common for pixel issues from what I've read
Not a big fan of the little plastic bottom extension with the company logo
OSD controls are a pain

Most of the negatives are not big issues, as the positives this time definately outweigh the negatives. If dead/stuck/broken pixels are an issue, be aware (I'm quite bugged by it). This definately is a good/very good monitor to have and for a TV/HDTV, considering the price. 7/10 for me.

Will try to post pix tomorrow from work.

Here are some bad quality pix. The box is about the same size as my 27" Sony Trinitron TV. Packaging is very bare as the only thing that is missing from my pix are the two manuals.

the monitor is not heavy at all, so swivel is kinda there lol. But yes, out of the box, only tilt. Unless you are willing to spend about another 200-300, u're most likely going to be limited in terms of the panel movement.

I did make an exchange @ BB, and they had 3 left. I accidently chose the most "beat up" box, but no pixel issue on this one :P So far, I'm fairly happy with it and I might skip out on getting a 27/28" monitor. The big problem is Dell Deals is coming this week (Y)

I forgot to add that there is no cable management. All inputs are from the sides, which may pose an issue versus connections to the bottom. Also using my HDMI to DVI adapter, and then having the DVI cable to the PC, there's quite a protrusion on the side of the monitor. Just something that may bother me so I got my sister to order me a HDMI to DVI cable instead of using an adapter. It's too bad that her store only carries Monster (overpriced).

Yep, it's the one with DisplayPort. I don't see how it would really be applicable anytime soon though.
