Okay, here is my review of my Noctua fans. I'm not the best at writing paragraphs and I don't have nice fancy sound testing equipment, but I think it turned out nicely. :)

Note: In the noise comparisons, the flat blue line in the middle is the base line room noise level (-30dBA according to Sound Forge).

I will be posting additional pictures of the fans installed in my case at a later date.

Overall, I give the Noctua fans a 9/10. They are great fans, moving a lot of air at a low noise level, but in my opinion, they are still priced a bit too high in comparison to other fans on the market.
