I sent an RMA to Logitech, because my G5 (gen 1) was acting up. The right mouse button wouldn't "click" anymore, like a spring fell out.

so, I sent them the PIN and P/N, and a proof of purchase.

I waited a few days, got it this morning, and....

Yes 1 button and better polling does. I think I need to do the same. My left button is constantly stuck.

I like it, the scroll button does press easier than the 1st gen.

The "cruise up" and down functions are amazing, you can quickly get to the bottom of the page without using the page up keys on the keyboard.

Logitech has the best warranty, probably better than Dell. You're in good hands.
