Just move close enough to the curve or the curve (But before it starts ramping up). That red area highlighted is the drainage area, not a curb.

Thanks for all the information this thread has given me!

I had my road test today (I was sooooo nervous omygosh) and my instructor turned out very nice (I don't know what people were scaring me about). The test was quick, only about 20 or so minutes, and I ended up with 30 points (10 for parking, 10 and 10 for going over the speed limit). I ended up not seeing a school zone sign, and I only realized when the end sign came and I thought that I had totally screwed up. But he said my driving was good, and that I should be wary of speed zones AND I PASSED!!!

All the information here was very helpful, and I hope other people in the future find it too because it really helps!

Good Day to all!

Thanks, yeah it was just 2 or 3 km above the limit and I slowed down as soon as I realized, so yeah. I did get 10 points cut off for the speed though.

Hey guys, Waqas here,

I am so glad to be apart on here, and now with that being said I have a third attempt road test coming up on January 4th.  My last two attempts didn't go so well, as I failed miserably.  The second time I hit the curb, and one of the reasons for that was because I was extremely nervous also the instructor was really arrogant and bossy.  I have been very stressed and started to gain a lot of anxiety moments mentally, due to the fact of me being in a big struggle with transportation.  I really hope and i'm very confident this time, however I still need some educated advise, helpful tips and specific things to look out for.

I have two questions for the three point turn and parallel parking

welcome to aph

what are the questions?

When doing the three point turn, what direction do I have to turn the wheel?

and during the Parallel parking, do I turn the wheel all the way to the right?

Also if anyone can provide any advice or tips for my road test that will be great.  I am taking it in NY

My main and biggest goal is to obtain my license, that will be like a Christmas present.  For the test please anything that I should immediately be aware of, besides the obvious rules.  Anyone who has passed their road test your support would be most appreciated.

Try reading through this thread... should be more than enough advice to get you a pass.
