Anchor a restored window to its taskbar button?

See the attachment for an example. Actually, WMP (or equivalent media player) is what I want to center over its taskbar button. I basically want the restored window to shuffle along with (and stay centered above) the button when I close other windows.

I want to be able to click the taskbar button and have the WMP's pause button directly over the cursor. However, I have the feeling that it's impossible to do. But if there's a way to achieve that centered-anchoring-to-taskbar-button, then I'd love that :)

Edit: Is "restored" the right word to use? (as in the opposite of maximized)

Yeah, that is probably the best solution for that at this point. The only other way is to google and find it in like 20 pages maybe.

I don't think that is doable unless someone knows of a custom hack, which I obviously never heard of haha. What's wrong with the WMP minimized taskbar controls?
