Windows 7 Networking Woes

I have Windows 7 on my main computer, and I shared the drives, and think I looked through anything in Networks, and set it to be shared.

I can go into the secondary hard drive, but i cant open any of the folders, I get this:

Can anyone allow me to really SHARE it?

I'll look more into the network options, but I thought I looked at everything...

(I dunno if this should go into networking or OS, move as you see fit)

Permission problems on host machine (Check account settings and reset/propagate the permissions)?

Or you can try out the HomeGroup thing, but I've never used it.
