With all the spare parts laying around, I decided to rebuild my spare computer since I killed it off last year :P

I kind of like the Armor A90, but it is not exactly main computer case material -- it doesn't hurt to use it as my secondary computer though :)

Specs:
Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9650
Noctua NH-U12P
Asus Striker II NSE
A combo of some DDR3 RAM from Super Talent and OCZ to make 4GB DDR3
ASUS NVIDIA 8800GTS 512MB TOP (Factory OC)
Auzentech X-Fi Bravura
Seasonic S12D 850W
Thermaltake Armor A90 (Removed top fan/rear fan is Noctua NF-S12B ULN)
Seagate 160GB 7200RPM
Windows 7 Professional x64

Dumped it in my basement with my Samsung 2053BW monitor, old X-530 speakers, Logitech G19 keyboard and G5 V2 mouse. I'm pretty pleased with this setup overall. (Y)

(Y) Nice clean cabling as always - what happened to the upper fan and the opening you said in your review?

Haha, thanks (Y) I removed the upper fan and originally taped a piece of paper between the chassis main panel and the removable upper grille. But for better looks I now have a layer of clear plastic wrap so it's clear and less obvious. Other than that, it's a pretty nice build and I am on it right now. :P

Glad you got your video card back for your rebuild Posted Image You're still missing your power supply until you get back from Toronto.

I'm sure he doesn't mind at this point. He has enough parts for the time being and likely even more in the future.

I'll need it for 'Anthem', but you'll do fine with your Silent Pro Gold 1000W... but yeah I'm glad the video card still works, tell them how it was transported. :P

We were helping out with Vacation Bible School (VBS) for church and was planning to roller blade there since it takes only 15 minutes. Apparently, it was raining that day, and fortunately, my other friend, who also helped out, drove me. I had forgotten to take it out of my computer the night before, so I rushed it and couldn't find a proper bag for the video card, and hence, stuck it in my soccer bag with a cloth for protection, which wasn't the greatest idea...Posted Image Fortunately, it arrived to church with no damages along with the OCZ RAM I had borrowed Posted Image

Doesn't hurt to have more than one :P Just a spare computer for the basement. The other one was taken apart so it needs a replacement.

Haha, exactly. This thing's a beauty, and I need at least 3 desktops for my house.
