Specs-wise, the Radar is obviously no match for the Titan. But I think the name really fits the product well

In attempts at reversing the disappointing sales of handsets based on its Windows Phone platform, Microsoft is now depending on the South Korean manufacturer Samsung Electronics and its other partners in smartphone manufacturing to increase the incentives for retailers and boost the company’s promotions in stores. Both HTC and Samsung have announced an increase in their budgets for the Windows Phone platform based phones, according to Andy Lees, Microsoft’s mobile unit president.
Even though it is the manufacturers who determine the manner in which the money would be spent, a portion of it is expected to be invested in training the retail store staff for promoting models based on Windows Phone OS. The newer handsets which will run the latest Windows Phone 7.5, Mango, are expected to hit the market in the upcoming weeks.
Since its last version was released last October, Windows Phone has repeatedly missed the sales expectations of the company, as Microsoft has steadily lost share in the smartphone market to the likes of the Apple iPhone and phones which run the Google Android platform. Microsoft is required to make a better effort in the marketing of the new OS which is much better according to an expert named Michael Gartenberg.
