Yeah I didn't know it was 2.5" HDD only as well :S Preston got a Scorpio Black AFAIK.

I'm not sure if it has the same software, but I can definitely tell you that it's using the same UI.

They switched PR contacts, but I actually have a tracking number. Also an OCZ ZS is pretty much confirmed.
