They're relying on Android with their hardware, which, in my opinion, is not ideal. Apple users are looking for the overall experience, especially when it comes to delivering updates in a unified way. Samsung has great hardware, but if Windows Phone 7 can catch on a little better, I think they will have a shot with some great hardware.

Android fragmentation right? Yea I tend to agree, but it's "open source", so that's a limitation.
