How do you guys usually sell your unused stuff around the house? I'm just curious how it works out for you -- I used to go only online (Forum or eBay), but I've found it much more convenient to sell locally. However, it depends on what I am selling. For larger objects, local is the only way to go. For smaller stuff like computer parts, online works much better (No lowballers etc :P ). However, I always went local for a better shot, since it doesn't require shipping as an overhead or even Paypal fees. What do you guys think?

I have no problems with Craigslist if there wasn't so much spam and **** and lowballers. Otherwise for electronics I just sell them on eBay, but big items like sofas I sell locally since I really have no choice.

I just give it away to Friends but I think no shipping is less of a Hassle.
