Well, I'd be happy to help out :P Jeremy and Preston also does fine cabling jobs.

Haha thanks. Yeah, I did the best I could :P

The EPS12V 8-pin could only be routed the way it is, as it won't reach behind the motherboard tray (plus, with the side cover on, you can't really see it). And in the Antec 902, the hard drives can only face the way they do (can't route the cables from the opposite side) so I was stuck doing it that way. The front panel connector cables weren't all that long either, so you can only do so much with them. Could have bought some extender cables but yeah, the PC sits inside a cabinet so you can't even see the window anyway.

You can usually route it between the video card and the motherboard, there's a small gap near the end. That's what I usually do :P

The rest, just tie them behind the drive rack.

Thanks for the tip. I'll keep that in mind for my next build. Never thought about that space between the vid. card and the mobo, neat.

I think if you saw first hand how we built our systems, you'd be surprised at the little tips and tricks we do just to get as good of a cabling job as possible. It takes practice, but its well worth it!

Yeah. I think the crucial aspect to good cabling is not just about looks, but also the pride in workmanship. It's easy to shove everything behind the drive cage and have everything 'look' neat and tidy, but it's a different level if you can do it well in places where no one can see, such as no tangled cables anywhere. There are tons of tricks you can employ, but at the end of the day, focus on one thing: Professional refinement in every area.

Just put the behind the mobo tray, if you can't do that, drive rack.
