Anyone notice that? Last week WD affected by flood in Thailand http://aphnetworks.c...uction-thailand - Looks like they lost 60% of their capacity and we're in for expensive HDDs. Check the prices!

lol, a Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB EALX is about $100-120 now. Before the flood, it was about $65 :lol:

$130 for a WD Caviar Blue 1TB last time I checked. It's not too bad, but I paid $65 for them last year...

I haven't been into computers since you had to pay $100 for a 160gb hard drive, these things are cheap now days.

MacBook Pro (13in, 2.7ghz i7, 8gb Ram, 500gb Hdd)

Well, a couple of years ago, I bought 1TB HDDs for $60. Good luck doing that now :P
