They're just out this morning. Nothing exciting. In terms of form factor, there's the new chicklet backlit keyboard, and that's about it. Not sure if there are still keyboard drains on the side. As far as CPU is concerned, there is about a 10% performance increase, along with USB 3.0. I think my T420 can stick around for another year :P

Some say the keyboard is pretty good, but we'll have to wait for full specs - what graphics card options are there?

Not sure -- I don't expect anything significantly better than the NVS4200M to be honest.

Oh, nice. Can't seem to find any info on a comparable GeForce card though.

Notebook Check has no benchmarks yet - I think we might need to wait.

I'm hoping the 430 has, for lack of a better term, more colorful screen than the lenovo e420s and with Ivy Bridge and an IPS display with at least 1080p.

I'm 100% sure the T430 does not have an IPS screen. Only the X-series have it, and that's the X220.

I don't think Lenovo ever offered 1080p or IPS with the latest T series, IPS was available maybe back in 07...

Looks like they didn't really like it. I wonder how's the new 1600x900 screen (It's probably the same crappy one as the T420), but the keyboard's definitely a crappy layout.

They rearranged it. But 15 hour battery is very impressive. I'll see what happens in the next gen though -- my T420 is a fine laptop :D
