They're just out this morning. Nothing exciting. In terms of form factor, there's the new chicklet backlit keyboard, and that's about it. Not sure if there are still keyboard drains on the side. As far as CPU is concerned, there is about a 10% performance increase, along with USB 3.0. I think my T420 can stick around for another year

As much as we Wish not gonna happen Buddy.I'm hoping the 430 has, for lack of a better term, more colorful screen than the lenovo e420s and with Ivy Bridge and an IPS display with at least 1080p.

Looks like they didn't really like it. I wonder how's the new 1600x900 screen (It's probably the same crappy one as the T420), but the keyboard's definitely a crappy layout.
