I think that's a card with pretty funny looking traces on the PCB, lol.

I'll be borrowing our Editor-in-Chief's OCZ Octane 512GB SSD for some benchmarking results. Hopefully, I can get something up soon :P

Just the way I'm used to designing PCBs, I don't think I've ever used rounded edges, and you always want to avoid right angle traces. The design itself is fine though.

Well I just want to know how does it compare against a native Intel SATA port.

Can you compare against an onboard not native SATA port as well?

Yeah Preston will have it running on his G1.Sniper. He can provide you with more details :P

Yeah, I'll have results compared to both the native ports on the G1.Sniper and the two ports on the SYBA HyperDuo.

Gigabyte's SATA 6Gb/s ports are not native, so in your benchmarking you might want to state the controller and design interface.

I haven't got any of my graphs up yet, but I do have results. It should be up soon. In terms of results, it doesn't seem to perform as well as I would hoped, mainly because it's using a PCIe slot. Results from the G1.Sniper's port seems to be better.

Yeah, it wasn't great. The results from my 3Gb/s port was even better than those results in essence.

The main reason for that is because it uses a PCIe x1 slot, which is not capable of handling such speeds. I've explained it in my review (for those who know where to look would have read this already :P).

I guess it's cheap to add 2 ports though.
