Just updated to IPB 3.4. The fixed width implementation has not been implemented yet, but we will get to that soon. If you see any other bugs please let us know.

The Quote function is not working correctly - the quote bb tags are missing and now the quoted text is appearing in the middle of the box.

Yep. IPB 3.4 offers a number of pretty good improvements, including security. I'm pretty happy I don't need to redo the skin either
