Windows 10 Can't Type in Search/Cortana Bar

just upgraded to 1607 and when I press start or try to type in the "ask me anything" it wont work, does anyone have the same problem/solutions? googled and people had some crazy ideas of reinstalling some **** and I don't feel comfortable doing that

Have you tried to go to Task Manager and click "End Task" on Cortana? Cortana should restart itself, and the problem should be fixed.

Wow Windows Update didn't even update mine to 1607 time to Update now. Any other Issues you have?

Well, in Windows Explorer icons view, the file names are left aligned rather than centered.
