I know chc's a big fan of Windows Server in the home, anyone switched over yet? Worth an upgrade from Windows 2012? My son can get an academic license for me.

Well basically it's like going from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. I got one system upgraded to Windows Server 2016 a few weeks ago, but I haven't had time to deploy it (My work network is having issues with assigning me public IP addresses).

Haha, good advice. Also you can get the Start menu back.

Does Windows Server 2012 have the same Start Screen as Windows 8.1? That's a Strange design.

Thanks everyone, just upgraded - start menu is definitely a welcomed return.
