Nope. With Zoomer, just tell them to put you on the retention plan. They reward loyalty by being straight up with you.

Yep, 6 months past just this Friday, so I now have the same plan as the chc. No threats or negotiation required, they knew what I was talking about and upgrade was done quickly.

Good choice! Too bad they no longer offer the 2GB plan right off the bat. I personally don't use that much though.

Pretty much everywhere I go has WiFi haha. Nowadays I just go on LTE if the WiFi is just slightly slow.

Their CSRs are better than pretty much every other carrier in Canada.

It's kind of weird how a discount carrier has such good customer service. You'd expect that $100 plan you pay with Rogers to go somewhere :S

Maybe they spend less money on Advertising?

I think their advertising budget is close to zero. I bet most of their customer base is built on word of mouth from RedFlagDeals.

sounds like it and their customer service is separate from rogers

their cs team is also from Burnaby bc canada
