Lumia 940 XL "Cityman" Phablet Gets Teased Via Tests

From DailyTech: A bonafide 5.7-inch quad HD (2,559x1,440 pixel) (QHD) flagship Windows 10 smartphone from Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) appears to have shown up in GfxBench database, this time with the resolution at full pixel-count. Last time we saw a similar device with a slightly smaller display pop up, but with a screen crop that downscaled its 5.2-inch display image to 1080p (1,920 x 1,080 pixels, aka "full HD" (FHD)).

The latest leak is rumored to be the Lumia 940 XL (rumored codename: "Cityman"), and it corresponds with the new regulatory code RM-1100 that showed up in AdDuplex profiling a 5.7 inch device. By contrast the previously leaked device was like the Lumia 940 (codename: "Talkman").

As with the Lumia 940 leak, there's a Qualcomm Inc. (QCOM) system-on-a-chip onboard. But unlike last time when a hexacore cast mystery on the hardware, this time there's a full-fledged octacore processor inside w/ an Adreno 430 graphics processing unit (GPU). That makes it a pretty surefire bet to have the Snapdragon 810 onboard.

The 1.5 GB of RAM is believed to be because the benchmark was in 32-bit mode. 3 GB of DRAM are expected in the finished product. The benchmark also hints at a 32 GB internal storage Flash drive and a robust 20 megapixel PureView camera.
