White iPhone Delayed Again

From PC World: The release of the white iPhone has been delayed until later this year, according to a press release from Apple. The white version of the best-selling smartphone was originally slated to hit stores this summer, but due to manufacturing challenges, Apple has held it back.

"White models of Apple's new iPhone 4 have continued to be more challenging to manufacture than we originally expected, and as a result they will not be available until later this year. The availability of the more popular iPhone 4 black models is not affected," reads the statement.

Apple released a press statement last month stating that the white models are a challenge to manufacture and that they would be delayed. Now they've been delayed again. Who knows when we'll see the white rhino -- I mean, iPhone; a creature apparently just as difficult to spot.

Why should a different color present such difficulty that would require the phone to be delayed twice? Start the rumors about whether or not Apple is working on fixing the antenna that has plagued so many iPhones.
