About HD Tune Pro 4.60

HD Tune is a hard disk utility with many functions. It can be used to measure the drive's performance, scan for errors, check the health status (S.M.A.R.T.), securely erase all data and much more.

Unfortunately, HD Tune Pro does not generate fancy independent graphs, so we have to edit the screenshot of the benchmark, and edit it for publishing purposes. Once again, this graph follows a similar flat-line trend as we saw in the last test. The only differences will be the magnitude, and this comes as a result of different algorithms between the two test benchmarks. An average read speed of 208.7MB/s and a burst rate of 74.9MB/s is just another display of the Supersonic Rage 2's overall good performance. The only other thing to note is the latency speed. From AIDA64, we had an access time of 0.64ms. HD Tach and HD Tune produced similar results of 0.7ms and 0.647ms. The higher HD Tach result is probably due to the imprecision and rounding of the numbers rather than an actual different result. Otherwise, the results speak for themselves.
