Which University do/did/are you planning go to?

[i can't edit my prev post for some reason...]

I've noticed that half of the respondents to these polls in various websites are in an engineering program. Why aren't there more people in arts, fine arts, architectural, or HC programs?

Gateway Technical College of Milwaukee/Racine/Kenosha in WI. (different classes at each campus, all close to home)

Got an Associates degree in IT Computer Specialist, or whatever they call it now. Basically just touched the bases of Computing, Networking, and Operating system implementation.

I went to Carleton University for Computer Systems Engineering.

I wanted to go to Waterloo or Queen's myself but money was the main problem for me.

Yeah, we had some classes that had multiple midterms (one per month basically). Good time to skip one as they are worth only 10-15% (more than likely)? hehe.

It's funny how in high school, you worry about the final exam which is worth 30%. Then all of a sudden, you're in university, and 30% really doesn't even matter anymore. It's the 80% finals that are killing you.

Lol well, here at the University of Calgary (Engineering at least) finals are "only" worth ~50%, so I'm not all too worried. I'm quite used to them :S

Even doing assignments is much easier than in high school. In 6/7 of my classes (including 2 labs), I'm able to do all the homework and download notes with online access. I'm not even sure why we were even required to purchase textbooks.
