It's the same components as the 1200W version save for the CapXon secondary capacitors, hence why SilverStone doesn't advertise 100% Japanese capacitors. It's really strange how they have the same components. Usually companies swap out or reduce the number of ICs on the secondary side for lower wattage versions.

How much are capacitors that it would make a 200W difference?

literally the strangest design choice for a psu just make it all 1200w and sell it for more $

You can find that in another popular Review website - as everyone else said it doesn't make a lot of Sense.
