We have experienced major outages between August 29th at around 10am MST to August 30th at around 7pm MST with intermittent availability during this time. There was a serious power failure at our provider's data center and the database system that runs APH Networks also went down. We also found a database corruption, which resulted in some data loss.
A snapshot was recovered to 1 day before the failure. As far as we know, there was only a loss of a few news articles on the website. Most emails were able to be saved, but if you have contacted us between that time and expected a response from us, please reach out again.
