Nintendo Announces Pokemon Ultra and Fire Emblem Bundles

From PC Mag: It's still another month until the holiday season marketing machine kicks into high gear, but Nintendo is starting early this year with not one, but two special edition sets for US gamers. One each for the 3DS and Switch.

The first is aimed at enticing 3DS owners to purchase both new Pokemon Ultra games. Nintendo decided to create a Veteran Trainer's Dual Pack, which includes a copy of Pokemon Ultra Sun, Pokemon Ultra Moon, 16 art cards, and a digital download card for 200 Poke Balls. Engadget confirmed the pack will cost $80 when it arrives on November 17. That's good value considering the games individually will cost $40 each.

The second offer is a Fire Emblem Warriors special edition on the Switch. It will include a copy of the game, three CDs of music from the game, a set of 25 character cards, and a dual-sided poster. This special edition will cost $80 when it arrives on October 20. Again, that's pretty good value considering the extras included in the box. The standard edition of the game will be around $60.

What's unclear right now is whether a similar special edition will be offered for the 3DS version of Fire Emblem Warriors. It's expected to release on the same day as the Switch version, but unless Nintendo is waiting a few days to announce, it looks like there will only be a standard edition.
