From DailyTech: Though iOS 4.3 did not roll out before Christmas, as previously reported, the first beta version has been seeded to developers and is full of new changes. BGR has been informed of the following updates by a number of developers: * Personal hotspot capabilities for GSM devices Apple has also dropped support for the iPhone 3G and the second-gen iPod Touch with its new software, which could mean that these devices will not be updated. In addition to the iOS 4.3 news, BGR got its hands on some exclusive information relating to the next generation of iPads and iPhones. According to Apple sources, the physical Home button on these devices will be phased out as Multi-Touch gestures are phased in.
