Logitech Launches 'Most Technically Advanced' Headset

From PC Mag: If you're in the market for a new gaming headset, be that wired or wireless, Logitech would like to draw your attention to four new headsets it is launching today ranging in price from $59.99 to $169.99.

Sitting at the high-end, Logitech is touting the G935 7.1 Lightsync Wireless Gaming Headset as the company's most technically advanced headset yet. It's the first headset to use Logitech G's Pro-G 50mm audio driver formed from a "hybrid mesh material" that promises to deliver "deep bass and a round sound profile."

On top of that you get DTS Headphone:X 2.0 for surround sound, a 6mm microphone, and Logitech G's Lightsync allows you to choose the colors displayed on the ear cups. They are wireless and therefore compatible with PCs, consoles, and mobile devices, with battery life rated at 12 hours and controls (including volume) located on the back of the left cup.

At $169.99 the G935 headset is expensive, however, if you can do without wireless then the G635 headset offers the same feature set, but in wired form and therefore drops the price to $139.99. I'm sure many gamers will save $30 and select the wired version.

Logitech is also cashing in on the popularity of battle royale games such as Fortnite and PUBG by offering some cheaper headsets aimed at gamers who want "a definitive audio advantage."
