From PC Mag: Ahead of the launch of its latest flagship smartphone, the Mate 30 Pro, the wearables that Chinese manufacturer Huawei was planning to announce alongside the phone have leaked.
As reported by Android Headlines the Huawei Watch GT 2 will be announced tomorrow in two sizes: a 42mm and 46mm version with 1.2-inch and 1.39-inch AMOLED displays respectively, significantly smaller than the original Huawei Watch GT.
The 42mm version of the smartwatch apparently does not include a microphone and is unlikely to feature LTE connectivity. It's as yet unclear whether that means the larger one has either of those features.
Both smartwatches will be powered by the Kirin A1 chip, which is also inside Huawei's Freebuds 3 headphones that were announced at IFA 2019. They will have GPS, gyro, geomagnetic, air pressure, and an optical heart rate sensor. Both watches are also reportedly water resistant up to 50 meters.
