Amazon Luna Now Available to More US Gamers

From PC Mag: Amazon launched its Luna service in Early Access form in September last year. Access was limited by requiring an invitation, not only for the service, but for the Luna Controller, too. However, access restrictions have been relaxed and more gamers can now give Amazon's game streaming service a try in the US.

Gabi Knight, Director on the Amazon Luna team, announced yesterday that access to Luna has been extended to more Fire TV customers. The list of supported Fire TV devices now includes:

- Fire TV Stick Lite
- Fire TV Stick (2nd & 3rd generation)
- Fire TV Stick 4K
- Fire TV (3rd generation)
- Fire TV Cube
- Toshiba Fire TV Edition
- Insignia Fire TV Edition

The excellent Luna Controller can now also be purchased without requiring an invitation. As PCMag's review explains, the gamepad contains a dedicated WiFi chip providing the optimal Luna game-streaming experience, so is a recommended purchase for anyone wishing to play games through Luna.
