Report: Apple Event Expected March 23

From PC Mag: The pandemic has meant Apple's new product reveals aren't done in front of a live audience, instead relying on video to show off the latest iDevices. The next one of those, in whatever form it takes, is thought to be happening on March 23.

As 9To5Mac reports, if this Apple event does go ahead, there's a range of product updates we should expect to see. Following an "Item Safety Alerts" feature being spotted in iOS 14.5 last week, AirTags trackers could take top billing at the event.

In terms of hardware refreshes, the iPad Pro, AirPods, and Apple TV have all been mentioned as receiving updates. The AirPods 3 are thought to have shorter stems and a smaller case, but there may also be a magnetic ring added for MagSafe charging. As they are expected to hit store shelves in April, a late March event would certainly feature the new earphones. We may also see an updated version of the AirPods Pro put in an appearance.
