From CNET: Paramount Plus raised the price of its subscriptions on Tuesday as the streaming service's integration with Showtime went ahead.
A Paramount Plus with Showtime subscription now costs $12 a month, a $2 increase over the current Paramount Plus premium plan. The company also raised the price of its ad-supported essential plan, which doesn't include Showtime, from $5 to $6 per month.
The new price for a premium Paramount Plus subscription is on par with the former cost of a Paramount Plus and Showtime ad-free bundle, at $12 a month. The price hikes go into effect for both new and existing subscribers in the US.
