From PC Mag: Apple is reportedly preparing to release 13- and 15-inch M4 MacBook Airs next month.
According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, Apple is readying its marketing, sales, and retail teams for the launch while clearing out inventory of its existing MacBook Air models. Both these developments signal an imminent launch, he said.
An early March release would set a new spring refresh cycle for the MacBook Air. Last year, Apple announced the M3 MacBook Air on March 4 and made it available in stores on March 8.
The M4 MacBook Air isn’t expected to receive anything more than a spec bump. The update is part of Apple’s strategy to switch its entire Mac lineup to the same chip series (M4) in order to offer faster performance and improved support for Apple Intelligence features.
