From DailyTech: Nokia’s Lumia 1320 was announced way back in October of 2013, but it is just now reaching U.S. shores. Cricket Wireless announced this week that the smartphone would be available on its network starting tomorrow for $229 after a $50 mail-in rebate. Most importantly, that price is for a device not tied to an annual contract.
As for the Lumia 1320, its most impressive spec is its gargantuan display that measures a whopping 6 inches. However, everything else is decidedly “run of the mill” starting with the fact that the 6-inch display is only 720p. Other features include a 1.7GHz dual-core Snapdragon 400 processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB of storage, microSD expansion slot, and a 5MP rear camera.
The Lumia 1320 of course runs Windows Phone 8, but will be upgradeable to Windows Phone 8.1 when it is released.
