Acer Unveils Iconia Tab A510 Tablet with Quad Core Performance

From DailyTech: Acer has unveiled its latest member of its Iconia tablet family, which also happens to be its first to use the quad core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor. The tablet is called the Iconia Tab A510 and was officially announced today.

The device has a 10.1-inch screen with touch capability and ships with Polaris Office 3.5 installed. That software is compatible with Microsoft Office documents, allowing the editing of and reading of documents on the go.

The tablet runs the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system and has an extended battery good for up to 12 hours of video playback with 9800 mAh of power. This tablet is also one of the first Acer Olympic Games Edition tablets that also features the Olympic rings logo.
