Specs, Renderings of Motorola Moto X Leak to the Internet

From DailyTech: A few details have leaked of an upcoming Motorola smartphone called the Moto X. Among the leaked details are renderings of the smartphone in white and an image of the device in black.

In addition to the new images, Android Police has posted what it claims to be the Moto X running the AnTuTu benchmark. The AnTuTu test shows a total score of 18,753. That overall score breaks down to a score of 2643 for the RAM, 2664 CPU integer, 3163 for CPU float-point, and 7702 for 3D graphics. The dual-core CPU has a frequency of 1728 MHz according to the benchmark results.

This puts the Moto X in the “mid-range” class for smartphones.

The Moto X will carry model number XT 1058 and has a screen resolution of 720 x 1184. The phone is also tipped to have 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of integrated storage. Other features expected for the phone include NFC technology, a 10.5-megapixel rear camera, and a 2.1-megapixel front camera.

The official launch is expected on August 1.
