Watching every motion
Pushing air through my case
N-Z-X-T's notion
Heat is finally erased
Turning and returning
To the exact same place
Watching in slow motion
The Aer F rotates to say
Take my breath away
Take my breath away

Temperatures are rising
Quickly put the fans to use
Never hesitating
Radiators won't refuse
Swapping colored frames
One twenty or one forty sized
Watching in slow motion
The Aer F rotates to say, my fans
Take my breath away

If it was not obvious, the opening introduction can be sung to the beginning two verses of "Take My Breathe Away" by Berlin. When NZXT announced this lineup, they said these fans would be so amazing, it would take our breath away. Editor-in-Chief Jonathan Kwan immediately thought of the song, which made me laugh. I guess we will see if this is the case when we actually try these fans out. Today's review units of the NZXT Aer F120 and F140 arrived from NZXT's offices in City of Industry, California. Utilizing FedEx's International 2Day service, the shipment of NZXT fans arrived in good condition. The corrugated cardboard box looks to be in good condition, so hopefully the items inside are also good. The fans were also cushioned by several green air bags to prevent any damage to the retail boxes. Otherwise, let us look at the fans.

Following a similar trend we have seen from NZXT and their products such as the Kraken X52, we have a white and purple retail container for both the Aer F120 and F140 fans. The front is pretty clean and simplistic, with the name and image of the product inside. NZXT was nice enough to send us the two pack versions of the Aer F in both sizes of 120mm and 140mm. If you are interested, a single pack of both of these sizes are also available. You might have guessed, but the F in the name actually refers to the high airflow nature of these fans. However, if you were looking for fans optimized towards static-pressure, NZXT also has the Aer P. We will discuss the differences between these fans later on in the review. Otherwise, some specifications and features can be found on the back of the box.
