As always, our first test up is AIDA64 Engineer. As you can see from the graphs above, the Silicon Power Blaze B05 is very competitive with its rival counterparts. Retailing for just $40 at press time, it is able to pull off amazing speeds. The Blaze B05 sits well above the 200 MB/s mark, pulling off 207.7 MB/s, 223 MB/s, and 213 MB/s for sequential read, random read, and buffered read speeds, respectively. These results are quite impressive in comparison with the competition in the market. For comparison's sake, the Silicon Marvel M70 64GB reviewed by our guest writer Eugene had speeds at 185.2MB/s, 195.9MB/s, and 151.9MB/s for each respective read speed. With a good start, let us move on to the rest of the results to see how well the Blaze B05 performs.
