The Commission is indicating it's uncovered evidence that shows Corning has required smartphone vendors and glass finishers "to source all or nearly all" of their protective glass needs from the US company. In return, Corning will allegedly grant rebates to the smartphone manufacturers as long as they comply with the exclusivity agreements.
