Nexus 5, Android 4.4 Kit Kat Arrive Today

From DailyTech: Google Inc. (GOOG) today began shipping its Nexus 5, an Android smartphone from LG Electronics, Inc. (KSC:066570).

As the name suggests the new smartphone is the fifth generation model in the Google-branded line; previous models include the Nexus One (March 2010) by HTC Corp. (TPE:2498), the Nexus S (Dec. 2010) by Samsung Electronics Comp., Ltd. (KSC:005930), the Galaxy Nexus (Nov. 2011) (also Samsung), and the Nexus 4 by LG (Oct. 2012).
