Huawei P20 and P20 Pro prices in Europe leak

From The Verge: It feels like almost every aspect of Huawei’s upcoming P20 and P20 Pro flagship phones has leaked ahead of the March 27th release date, and now we can add one more leak to the list: the European prices for the phones. According to Twitter user Roland Quandt (via MobileScout), the P20 will cost €679 (around $835) while the larger P20 Pro will run for €899 (roughly $1,106).

According to the leak, those are specifically for the two variants planned for Europe: the P20 with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and the P20 Plus with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Apparently there will be other configurations for other regions, which will likely affect prices there. Additionally, European prices tend to be higher and include tax, so it’ll likely not be a 1:1 conversion for pricing in the US.

Huawei is expected to release three P20 models when it announces them next week: the P20 Lite, P20, and P20 Pro. All three phones are expected to have an iPhone X-like display, complete with a center notch cutout, topping out with a 6.1-inch display on the P20 Pro. The P20 Pro is also expected to feature a three-sensor rear camera system, a first for a major smartphone.

We’ll presumably find out more about the P20 series when Huawei officially announces it on March 27th — or, more likely, as more things leak on Twitter over the next few days.
