From DailyTech: With today being Thanksgiving, things are a bit slow in the tech world, but the fellas over at XDA have a nice scoop to whet your appetite before stuffing your face with turkey later today. The site has not only posted some [blurry] shots of the upcoming Nexus S smartphone, but they've also got some images of Android 2.3 (aka Gingerbread). According to XDA, the Nexus S features the following hardware specs: * Possible dual-core ArmV7 processor Other possibilities include up to 512MB of internal RAM and 2GB of internal storage.
