HTC Stokes Geek Lust with New Desire 601 and Desire 300

From DailyTech: HTC has rolled out a pair of new smartphones today, which include the Desire 601 and the Desire 300.

HTC says that the new Desire 601 has many of the features that made the HTC One a favorite among smartphone enthusiasts. The phone features a five-megapixel rear camera with features like Sequence Shot, Always Smile, and Object Removal.

The phone has a 4.5-inch qHD resolution screen. Under the hood of the 601 is a QUALCOMM Snapdragon 400 dual-core processor operating at 1.4 GHz. The 4G LTE connectivity allows users to connect to the fastest mobile Internet in the land where available.

The Desire 300 is HTC's new entry-level device featuring a 4.3-inch full lamination display. The smartphone runs a QUALCOMM Snapdragon dual-core 1 GHz processor. The entry-level phone also has HTC BlinkFeed and more.

HTC has also announced the HTC BoomBass, which is a small Bluetooth enabled subwoofer with its own amplifier designed to provide more base when combined with a BoomSound enabled device.
