From CNET: Sonos is rumored to release a new set of headphones called Ace in June which will supposedly offer spatial audio and Bluetooth.
The headphones have been rumored since last year, and the latest report from the Verge says that the headphones will cost $430-$450 and have removable, magnetic earcups.
The report claims that users will be able to use the headphones for private listening, but only if they also own a Sonos soundbar. The headphone is also expected to support head tracking and Dolby Atmos, and this is similar functionality-wise to the Apple AirPods Max.
Meanwhile, Sonos is rolling out updates to its app which streamlines search in particular, and this could be seen as the company preparing for new products such as the headphones.
